"Bloody Peace" reflects Clara's pain and peace in the lockdown period.
We were in the countryside for two months at Clara's grandmother's house. Clara has always been an amiable girl and loves living every moment of the day!
This break in routine broke the balance we had 'built,' and Clara felt lost and insecure. She suffered from not participating in games with her cousins because of her age difference and disability. Clara was very afraid of catching the virus and going to the hospital. And she felt a significant lack of relating to other people.
On the other hand, we could see the sparkle in her eyes every time she painted. Being able to create was her refuge and her peace.
